职责描述：
1. Introduce & Coach Q tools usage such as FMEA, DOE, QFD, at all sites.
2. Introduce Six Sigma to all sites, organize training, coach Six sigma problem solving projects.
3. Organize and make internal system/process audit to make sure the compliance with Quality standard at all sites.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree
2. Six sigma black belt certificate;
3. Auditor certificate of VDA6.3;
4. Communication skills, leadership
5. Oral English fluent
