职责描述：
1. To leverage on business system information
2. To perform system analysis and programming function
3. To help customize reports and programs in support of the daily operations
4. To provide development documents and end-user training
5. To provide application support to end-users
6. To assist in MES project/system implementation
7. Assist in maintaining and up keeping of all the existing systems and programs

任职要求：
1，Experience in JAVA , J2EE, eclipse program development. C# and .net development skills as well
2，Nice to have PLC and shop floor development experience
3，Initiative at picking up new knowledge
4，At least 3 year of relevant experience, at least 2 MES system development experience
5，Good documentation
